OBJECTIVES

We call on Maribyrnong Council to do the following:

1.  Halt further works until appropriate and meaningful consultation with the street has taken place.

2.  To actively consider and continue negotiations regarding alternative options for the access point into the car park, which may include:

* Via Western Hospital whose current car park abuts the new Southampton Street car park.

* Via Marion Street, with no left turn into Eleanor Street upon exiting the car park via Marion Street.

* Via Gordon Street.
